Associates, Dick was CEO and Founder of UTC Associates and before that

and products company where he led the organization's manufacturing,
marketing, sales and operations functions.

at Congruency, Dick served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Commercial Markets for RCN (NASDAQ: RCNC) where he was responsible for all commercial activities
as well as the residential sales organization.
Earlier, Dick
was the Vice President, Marketing and Regulatory at Eastern
TeleLogic and as Vice President, General Business Markets at Teleport
Communications Group (TCG). Dick also held senior management

Harry Sticker, Ph.D. Principal
Harry Sticker has
more than 20 years of systems management and executive
experience in the telecom industry. At RAH Technology he is a principal
consultant and practice director, delivering the consulting products
of the company.
Before RAH Technology, Harry was the founder
of Zevila, a solution provider that merged with RAH Technology. At
Zevila, Harry provided telecommunications solutions to a wide variety of
clients.
Before Zevila, Harry was Vice-President and co-founder of Coreon,
a company that provided outsourced operations support to telecom
Service Providers. In his position at Coreon, Harry was responsible
for overseeing the specification, development, purchase and
integration of Coreon, Inc.'s own business applications, as well as
the staging, testing and deployment of Coreon's Outsourced Service
Provider (OSP) applications.
Before Coreon, Harry was with AT&T's Local Services Network
Unit, where he was the Vice President of Operations Systems. He joined
AT&T as part of the company's 1998 merger with Teleport Communications
Group (TCG). Before the merger, Harry was the driving force behind the
development of the network management system for TCG's SONET network,
which then encompassed more fiber route miles, and served more businesses
in more domestic cities, than any other competitive local services company.
Harry was also responsible for introducing a systematic approach to
specifying and purchasing systems at TCG. This made it possible for TCG
to provide high-quality system solutions to their customers for as little
as one-tenth the cost of larger carriers.
Before AT&T Local Services Network Unit/TCG, Harry spent 10 years
at Bellcore (now Telcordia) where he was a Director and Member of the
Technical Staff.
Harry holds a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree and a Doctorate in
Physics from Columbia University. He did research in particle physics, a
period of his life he remembers warmly.
